Current Courses:
Galway City Spring Class
- Liosban Industrial Estate - in Centrepoint, above Elverys.
- Monday evenings at 8pm starting Feb 1st.
- Running for 8 weeks
- Course fee is €80 for 8 weeks, pay as you go rates also available.
For hygiene purposes - do bring your own exercise mat, or a sleeping bag works too!

Galway City Easter 1/2 Hour Classes
A new 1/2 hour Pilates class is commencing in Upper Abbeygate St after Easter.
Classes will run from 12.45 to 1.15, and 1.15 to 1.45 on Thursdays
evening class at 5.30pm on Thursday also..
Cost is just €36 per 6 week course for the lunch time class
€60 for the hour long evening class.
Only 6 places available so book early!
Connemara Coast Club Class
- Available subject to demand on Wednesdays at 8.30pm at the Connemara Coast Club.
